The Role

At Constantinople we see our product operations group as a critical component of the overall banking proposition. This is not your typical customer support role, we are building a highly integrated end-to-end banking experience that automates most customer touchpoints, you will get involved in high-value interactions and be supported by world-class tooling. When you do find unsupported edge cases that require manual intervention we want you to work with our engineering teams to either remove the root cause or automate the resolution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the user needs are considered in the projects under their responsibility.

  • Manage the backlog of demands, using products management methodologies, and prioritise them with the app system developer teams.

  • Control aspects related to project deliveries, ensuring the complete delivery of necessary developments, in compliance with requirements, to guarantee product launch and process stability.

  • Map the current state of operational and business processes, as well as analyse, model, review, and document until reaching the future state, promoting continuous improvements through various strategies with multidisciplinary teams, based on data analysis and user feedback.

  • Contribute to the definition of support content for internal and external audiences.

  • Oversee the interface with the product team as the operations representative to identify potential project impacts on operations.

  • Propose sustainable solutions and system specifications to mitigate the recurrence of issues affecting users and operations, building business requirements and system tests routine.

  • Identify tool and data needs for the sustainable launch and execution of processes and activities of the Operations team.

  • Engage and involve key internal and external teams in actions to be developed for the success of the operation and product.

  • Build relationships with key teams and individuals to ensure synergy and efficiency.

  • Monitor and share performance indicators of business operations, ensuring alignment and open communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience in building and maintaining product guidelines, processes, and playbooks.

  • Knowledge of tools and frameworks used in product management, such as Jira, Miro, Figma, among others.

  • Problem lover and data-driven mindset.

  • Competence in data analysis, using SQL, Amazon Athena.

  • Development and management of KPIs, dashboards and executive reports.

  • Experience with technology teams, agile methodologies, and product management
