Job Description
This is a newly created role within our A/NZ business to drive a culture of being a product-led organisation, where we focus on building and delivering scalable solutions that meet client and market needs. This role is responsible for the creation and ongoing management of product reporting and analysis to support data driven decisions by our BU Product Owners and Senior Leadership Team. This will include reporting of our local products under our Global Innovation System, including products in the early stages of innovation through to scale, including a view of market adoption and profitability.
This role is part of the central Strategy & Product function and will work closely with each of the BU Heads of Product, Product Owners, Sales Operations, Finance and our regional product team. This role requires a highly self-motivated individual who can influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, to drive consistency in our approach and always looking for ways to add value through insights.
What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across legal, compliance, product management and sales to ensure all parties are aware of regulatory and operational impacts of strategic initiative.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to drive thought leadership across the business and increase awareness of the impacts to our business of regulatory change
- Deep knowledge of Product Reporting tools and processes to drive consistency across our business in the development and launch of products
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BU product teams, sales, marketing, and regional and global teams
- Salesforce experience
- Industry Knowledge is preferred: Deep understanding of data and technology services in areas such as credit and/or the financial services industry and/or marketing services, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements. Strong industry network.
Work that matters - What you’ll be doing
- Creating and managing consistent product reporting that enables data driven decisions
- Supporting the BU Product teams with the collation of client and market feedback on our products
- Supporting the BU Product teams with product related Salesforce requirements
- Supporting both the Head of Strategy and Product Operations Manager with regional and global reporting requirements and information requests
Qualifications
More about you
- Approximately 5 years’ experience in a product operations, sales operations, data and analytics or finance
- Proven experience in working in a cross-functional environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
