Our employee-led groups are known for celebrating cultural and religious events, championing LGBTIQ+ inclusion (recently achieving AWEI Bronze), inspiring giving and volunteering, promoting gender equality, and wellbeing. We are an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (WGEA) and a member of the Champions of Change Coalition for the advancement of gender equality in Australia.
Key purpose of the role
Design and embed simple, scalable product processes, foundations and standards that lift maturity and help divisions to deliver value. Co-design ways of working with stakeholders, enable adoption, and make outcomes and progress visible – creating the conditions for sustainable growth. This is a hands-on role focused on turning direction into practical, repeatable practice.
Your Team
Enterprise Products is a small, central enablement and service team that supports federated line of business product teams. We partner with various SMEs to develop product frameworks, standards, guidance, tooling and best-practices to ensure value delivery for ASX. The team provides portfolio level reporting, insights, and structure to drive company growth, support decision making, and generate investment in product over time. We use light governance rhythms (e.g. product forum and working groups) to coordinate improvements and track adoption – it’s all about engagement and collaboration.
Your responsibilities
- Framework & Process Evolution: steward the agreed development framework, lifecycle management framework, and sub-processes, to continuously improve definitions, entry/exit criteria and “What good looks like” based on usage, feedback and outcomes.
- Governance Rhythms: support running the quarterly Enterprise Product Forum and lead assigned sub working groups to deliver outcomes, and manage/maintain a visible change backlog, decision log and published outcomes.
- Enablement & Rollout: produce lean standards, guidance, templates, checklists and examples aligned with stakeholder expectations to support first-use adoption and risk management.
- Tooling Uplift & SME: mature the core product toolset in step with the framework – act as a practical SME, shape the roadmap with platform owners, translate decisions into usable configurations, and support processes, guardrails and adoption across teams.
- Data, Measures & Insights: establish and maintain shared data basics (taxonomy, metrics, key fields, definitions), ensure capture and quality, and partner with product teams and analytics to surface clear portfolio insights and business intelligence that inform executive decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: facilitate co-design with cross-functional leads and in working groups, surface trade-offs with options, and manage impacts transparently.
- Growth Enablement: remove friction, standardise essentials, and improve portfolio visibility so executive management has clear line of sight, and teams can scale impact without added complexity.
- Product & Service Information Management: support the process, tooling configuration and maintenance of product and service master data in ServiceNow (CSDM) and Salesforce.
