Production Assistant

About us:
Glitch Productions is an independent animation studio based in Australia making original, long form animated shows distributed on Youtube. Our channel has over 16 million subscribers, tens of millions of views per episode and is still growing strong. Our studio is filled with incredibly talented and passionate artists that are determined to change the way animation is produced and treated in the industry. Our biggest IP; Digital Circus, has amassed over 350 million views on the pilot alone and we have a lot more still to come.

• Assisting in organising, managing and archiving computer files and documents during the company’s transition to Flow (formerly known as Shotgrid).
• Supporting the production aspect of our shows including: rendering and post-production fixes.
• Owning the quality of data in our project management software.
• Assisting in note taking, attending meetings whilst gaining exposure to our production pipeline.
• Performing quality control of uploaded assets and renders. 
• Assisting in general administrative work.

A successful candidate will have:

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• A diligent and go-getter attitude
• Strong teamwork abilities
• A clean and organised approach to work
• Experience with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• A strong interest in working in the production/animation industry

Bonus Skills:

• Production management experience
• Experience with Flow and/or Syncsketch
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas Pro
• Concept art, design, animation or 3D modeling/texturing experience
• Experience with Maya or Unreal Engine 5
