What You’ll Be Doing
As Program Manager, you will:
Lead major programs from concept to completion across Operations, Fleet, Technology, and Commercial teams.
Manage multiple cross-functional projects with strong governance, timelines, and resource planning.
Drive performance improvements in DIFOT, automation, cost-to-serve, and network efficiency.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence principles to embed continuous improvement.
Build trusted partnerships across all levels of the business, delivering effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
Manage program budgets, track ROI, and ensure alignment with TGE’s strategic roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
7–10 years of program/project management experience in transport, logistics, or large-scale operations.
Proven success managing multi-site, high-impact programs with measurable outcomes.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder, and communication skills.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
A strategic mindset with a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making.
