This is your opportunity to play a key role in one of Australia’s most complex and fast-paced logistics environments — delivering outcomes that enhance service performance, lift productivity, and drive strategic growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead major programs from concept to completion across Operations, Fleet, Technology, and Commercial teams.

  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects with strong governance, timelines, and resource planning.

  • Drive performance improvements in DIFOT, automation, cost-to-serve, and network efficiency.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence principles to embed continuous improvement.

  • Build trusted partnerships across all levels of the business, delivering effective change management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Manage program budgets, track ROI, and ensure alignment with TGE’s strategic roadmap.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.

  • 7–10 years of program/project management experience in transport, logistics, or large-scale operations.

  • Proven success managing multi-site, high-impact programs with measurable outcomes.

  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder, and communication skills.

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

  • A strategic mindset with a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making.
