About the Role
We’re looking for a Project & Accounts Administration Officer to join our Finance dept, reporting to the Senior Project Controller based in our head office in Belrose (on Sydney’s Northern Beaches). This is a newly created role with the option of working Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home or you can work from the office full time – up to you !
Tasks and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities
Manage project setup, including budgets, revenue, and invoicing milestones
Process purchase requisitions, work orders, and project variations in ERP
Monitor project budgets, commitments, and support adjustments during execution
Track invoicing progress and issue invoices with supporting documentation
Perform reconciliations (projects, purchase orders, and stock) and journal entries
Provide project administration and coordination support, including project close-out
About You… Are you !
Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities with ease
Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to spot inconsistencies
Reliable and consistent, following processes and meeting deadlines independently
Proactive, identifying and addressing issues early
Calm under pressure, maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment
You will ideally have:
Cert in Accounting / Tafe qualification (advantage but not necessarily required)
Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
Proactive attitude along with excellent communication skills
