Project Administrator

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support our Major Projects and Strata Remedial team. This is a dynamic role that blends coordination, communication, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
 

What are my accountabilities?
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project execution.

  • Maintain project documentation, including action logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, and governance records.

  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocations, and financial tracking, highlighting risks and variances.

  • Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

  • Administer project tools and reporting dashboards while identifying opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency

About you
  • Strong project coordination and administrative expertise.

  • Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and financial tracking

  • Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
