Job Description

About this opportunity:

At Pact Contract Manufacturing, we partner with leading FMCG brands to deliver innovative products across personal care, home care, industrial and aerosol categories. We're looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to manage new product launches and change projects across our manufacturing sites.

Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll drive projects from brief to launch, ensuring timelines, costings and deliverables stay on track.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

 

  • Coordinate new product introductions and product change projects.
  • Manage project timelines, critical paths and stakeholder communication.
  • Interpret customer briefs and oversee artwork, packaging and product specifications.
  • Prepare product costings in partnership with Finance and Operations.
  • Source packaging materials and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead project meetings and manage risks to ensure successful launches.
  • Maintain SAP master data, BOMs and pricing.
  • Support Operations and Quality teams to achieve successful first production runs.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in FMCG, packaging or contract manufacturing.
  • Experience with product costing and BOM management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Background in project coordination, NPD, commercialisation or product development.
  • Strong SAP and Excel skills
