About the Role

Are you looking to build your career in project management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment?

Cushman & Wakefield's Project Services team is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of capital works, fitouts, refurbishments and construction projects across a diverse range of sectors including Commercial, Defence, Data Centres, Education, Industrial, Healthcare and Retail.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while supporting project delivery, stakeholder engagement, procurement, reporting and project administration. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to develop into a future Project Manager within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the delivery of capital works and construction projects

  • Coordinate project activities from initiation through to completion

  • Maintain project documentation, records and reporting requirements

  • Assist with project scheduling, procurement and contract administration

  • Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes and stakeholder communications

  • Coordinate project meetings and ensure actions are tracked and completed

  • Support risk management activities and maintain project risk registers

  • Assist with quality assurance processes and project controls

  • Monitor project progress and support reporting through Procore and other systems

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders

  • Support document control processes and ensure governance requirements are met

About You

  • Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance (please state these clearly in your CV)

  • Degree Qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline

  • 3+ years experience in project coordination, construction, property or infrastructure projects

  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly proactive and driven to take ownership and accountability for tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with SharePoint, Power BI or Procore (highly regarded)

  • Hold a current Drivers License
