What You'll Do
  • The following outlines the typical duties of a Project Coordinator– software, hardware and implementation. In addition, all employees are expected to comply with all reasonable Management directives to ensure customer expectations and operational needs are met.
  • Assist and support the Project Manager in their daily duties to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Capture and analyze relevant management information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assign tasks and work closely with the team to remove any blockers.
  • Control project schedules and track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate procurement processes and communicate any issues to the procurement manager.
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all achievements are met.
  • Maintain close contact with key project members and decision makers.
  • Track and report project progress, keeping all collaborators informed.
  • Update documentation and project plans regularly.
  • Implement and update data security procedures to protect sensitive information.
