Compensation – $110,000 to $130,000 full time rate annually (subject to experience)


About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Blast & Paint Supervisor to lead our field team based in Regents Park, NSW supporting projects across the Defence Solutions portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes safely, on time, and in full compliance with contract and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of field-based painters/blasters
  • Drive Eptec’s Zero Harm safety culture across all works
  • Oversee project delivery including task planning, risk assessments, and quality control
  • Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet compliance and quality benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
  • Champion continuous improvement and professional growth within your team

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3+ years’ experience supervising blast & paint, remediation, or waterproofing works
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Technical expertise in surface prep, coating systems, hazardous substances and QA/QC
  • NACE Level 2 (preferred but not essential)
  • Background in defence or infrastructure remediation highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing site documentation
