About The Role

DP World is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team at the Port Botany Terminal. In this role, you will deliver a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and equipment projects, including electrical network upgrades, new gate system installations, and small-scale capital works. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, regulatory, and organisational standards.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of terminal infrastructure projects. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve milestones. 

  • Support budget management, procurement, and contract administration. 

  • Monitor safety compliance and adherence to standards. 

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. 

  • Help identify risks and escalate issues when needed.

 

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil project management or asset delivery. 

  • Qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields (desirable). 

  • Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Strong organisational and communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and reporting. 

  • Experience in logistics, terminals, or heavy industry (desirable).
