Due to positive growth, we have a new opportunity for a tactical individual to step into a Project Manager – Implementation role based out of our Pyrmont office.

This role will lead the successful implementation of efm’s new customers through the onboarding and hypercare phases and liaise with various internal departments to ensure each customer experiences a smooth transition to an efm solution.
The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide valuable insights and expertise that enable us to navigate the complexities of the logistics environment and solve problems quickly.


Requirements

As a Project Manager - Implementation, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the end-to-end customer implementation process from customer decision to go-live to the smooth and timely handover to Service Delivery
  • Key focus on ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner while providing the customer a ‘no better experience’
  • Thorough scoping of the customers’ requirements across operations, IT, receiver requirements, invoicing & customer service
  • Establish sound relationships and work in close collaboration with internal teams i.e. Sales Commercial, FLIP, MDM & Service Delivery
  • Maximise efm’s wallet share & margin during the hypercare phase
  • Conduct training to new customers on the efm systems and processes
  • Conduct rigorous testing of efm’s solution prior to the commencement of trade
  • Ensure that the customer’s contracted KPIs are delivered during the hypercare phase, including the conducting of Monthly & Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the customer during the hypercare phases across both direct & indirect measures

Experience Required

  • 3+ year’s work experience in a customer facing role, ideally in an Account Management or Project Management position within the Logistics Industry
  • Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management
  • Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business
  • Proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
  • Able to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find the best solution
  • Relentless passion for providing a no better customer experience
