Job Description Summary

We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to manage minor capital works, lifecycle and improvement projects across a high-profile portfolio.

  • Deliver minor capital works projects safely, on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate contractors, consultants and suppliers across live operational environments.

  • Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, reporting and risk registers.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, governance and quality standards.

  • Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management, HSE and Event Operations teams to minimize operational disruption.

  • Monitor contractor performance, project progress and issue resolution.

  • Support project handover, defects management and operational transition activities.

About You
  • Experience delivering minor capital works or building projects.

  • Strong contractor coordination and project management capability.

  • Sound understanding of project controls, budgeting and risk management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
