Help governments deliver better services through great software!

At Objective, we build software that powers some of Australia's most important public sector organisations. Our RegWorks platform helps government agencies streamline regulation, compliance and field operations, enabling better outcomes for communities.

We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in SaaS delivery and enjoys partnering with customers to turn complex implementations into success stories.

If you've managed customer-facing software projects from the vendor side, we'd love to meet you.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of implementation projects, guiding customers from project kick-off through to successful delivery.

Working alongside Solution Architects, Consultants, Developers and Customer Success, you'll keep projects moving, remove roadblocks, manage commercial outcomes and build trusted customer relationships that last well beyond go-live.

No two projects are the same. One month you might be leading a major implementation, the next delivering upgrades, migrations or new product capabilities for customers across Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

As RegWorks continues to expand internationally, you'll have the opportunity to work on products making an impact across multiple regions.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects while balancing scope, budgets, timelines and risk.
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and become their trusted delivery advisor.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Consultants, Developers and Solution Architects.
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure customers realise long-term value.
  • Drive project governance, reporting and commercial outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuously improving the way we deliver projects across the business.

We're looking for someone who has

    • Experience delivering customer-facing software implementation projects
    • Experience working for a SaaS vendor, software company or technology consultancy
    • Strong project financial management and budgeting skills
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities
    • A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for customer success
    • Government experience is a bonus—not a requirement. If you understand software delivery and know what great customer outcomes look like, we'll help you learn the domain.

Due to the nature of our customers, this role requires Australian Citizenship, and candidates must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance if required.

Why Objective?

You'll join an experienced Consulting team that genuinely enjoys solving customer problems together.

    You'll also enjoy:

    • Flexible hybrid working.
    • Working with modern cloud software products.
    • Meaningful work that helps governments and regulated industries serve their communities more effectively.

If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you. We value potential, learning agility, coachability and diverse perspectives just as much as experience, and we encourage you to apply.

At Objective, we recognise and celebrate our diverse team as pivotal to our strong employee engagement and our high-performing culture, underpinned by Our Values.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on any protected characteristics or on any other basis prohibited by applicable laws in the regions where we operate.

To ensure a positive experience, please inform our Talent Team of any adjustments or accommodations you may require during the recruitment process, so we can support you effectively.
