Job Description

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead complex technology transformation initiatives across Bapcor's Networks business, with a strong focus on ERP modernisation and eCommerce platform delivery.

This role will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects that improve customer experience, streamline operations, standardise business processes and support long-term growth. Success in this role will require previous experience delivering both ERP and eCommerce projects in complex, multi-site environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and handover
  • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance to ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID registers, status reporting and executive-level communications
  • Drive ERP transformation, eCommerce enhancement, application rationalisation and enterprise system projects
  • Manage system implementation activities including testing, data migration, deployment and business readiness
  • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to support organisational change and adoption
  • Manage external vendors, delivery partners and software providers, ensuring contractual and performance obligations are met
  • Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and executive stakeholder engagement to drive decision-making and alignment

Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementation, upgrade, consolidation or replacement projects
  • Proven experience delivering eCommerce platform implementations, upgrades or digital commerce transformation programs
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives
  • Experience managing project budgets exceeding $2M
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including executive-level engagement
  • Experience working across complex, multi-site environments

Highly Regarded

  • Experience within Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, Automotive or Supply Chain sectors
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or SAFe certification
