Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of operating theatre and healthcare technology installations across hospitals, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the action. You'll spend time on-site, solving problems, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping projects moving forward. While a technical mindset is important, we're really looking for someone who thrives on communication, building relationships, and finding solutions when challenges arise.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of operating theatre and healthcare infrastructure projects
  • Coordinating contractors, hospital stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Supporting installation activities and being present on-site throughout key project phases
  • Monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones
  • Identifying issues early and developing practical solutions to keep projects on track
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulatory and site requirements
  • Providing regular updates and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Building trusted relationships that create a positive project experience for everyone involved

You'll be successful if you have:

  • Experience managing installation, construction, technical, infrastructure, or capital equipment projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confidence working on-site and coordinating a range of trades, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • A technical aptitude and willingness to get involved when required
  • A collaborative style and genuine enjoyment of working within a close-knit team
