Meet The Team 
Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do, and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. Our network is composed of Secret London, Secret Chicago, Secret LA, Secret NYC, Secret Sydney, Lisboa Secreta, Paris Secret, Madrid Secreto, Barcelona Secreta, and More!

The Role

You will drive social media and communication campaigns for Fever Originals and Official Partnerships. In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategy, collaborate across marketing teams, and leverage performance data to maximize audience engagement and revenue globally.

What You´ll Do

  • Strategize and execute social media and communication campaigns for Fever Originals & Official Partnerships, creating anticipation for unique Fever events
  • Maximize exposure for Fever's premier events, from pre-launch to event duration
  • Collaborate across social media, editorial, video, PR, and other marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery of media actions, including approvals
  • Supervise workflows, ensuring projects are well-supported and adhere to schedules
  • Help develop content schedules and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Monitor campaign results and interpret data for future campaigns
  • Track revenue streams through produced content via KPIs and analytics tools
  • Craft imaginative marketing strategies and media actions to showcase Fever events, offering your unique ideas to engage international communities
  • Align marketing and social media campaigns with communication strategies across platforms
  • Coordinate contracts and terms and conditions with the legal team

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of project management experience in analytical roles, preferably in newsrooms, agencies, or brands
  • Bonus: You hold a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
  • Near native-level proficiency in English is a must
  • Based in Melbourne
  • Passion for Digital Marketing
  • Adaptability in the fast-paced world of a digital startup
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Excel and sheets, Airtable, Trello, Jira, or similar
  • Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress & Canva
  • A pulse on digital technology trends and digital media dynamics
  • Ability to identify and track community KPIs
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic, growing company
