- Partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to drive execution and resolve impediments.
- Apply agile and adaptive delivery practices to maintain the velocity and flexibility.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, dependencies, reports and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive and own risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and contingency planning across all project phases.
- Maintain and evolve risk registers, dependency maps, and mitigation plans, ensuring risks are communicated and acted upon early.
- Track and drive regular status, risk, and issue reporting with clarity and confidence to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on project management experience including large-scale and multi-regional project delivery.
- Strong experience with risk management frameworks and tools, including identification, tracking, mitigation, and resolution.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Exposure to additional frameworks such as Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models is desirable.

- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets), including data slicing, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing implementations, including data or system migrations.
- Demonstrated ability to work and coordinate across geographically dispersed teams.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment (combination of remote and in-office as needed).
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer or regional office locations as required.
Great To Have:
