We are a team of dreamers, doers, and deliverers. Our collaborative and agile ways of working mean you’ll develop versatile skills and be exposed to new and exciting thinking. Combine that with a pioneering spirit aimed at making a positive impact on brands, society and each other – and you’ll soon realise why we’re at the forefront of the digital economy.

We are looking for our next Project Manager - someone who will be able to identify our client's desires, wants and needs and create a digital project plan to cater to these. You will have experience in creating a plan and communicating the timelines, goals and budget to the relevant teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Craft Leads, Specialists and Team Members to define and scope creative solutions that achieve clients' goals, defining effective project approaches that can feasibly be delivered within budget and timelines.
  • Maintain a laser focus on project objectives, expectations and desired outcomes, ensuring all project team members understand their contribution and what is expected of them
  • Understand and can discuss the flaws and merits of historic and new delivery methodologies to illustrate the rationale for your approach
  • Continually evaluate and ensure that people, processes and current direction are effectively driving value - facilitate adjustments to drive efficiency, impact, and improve the quality of the work
  • Deliver projects with minimal guidance, effectively managing internal and external expectations and relationships.

A bit about you:

  • Warm, engaging and relationship-oriented
  • Strong experience in tech delivery for digital projects, website launches, integrations, and builds
  • A natural communicator and facilitator for both client stakeholders and internal team members – personable and pro-active
  • Emotionally intelligent - capable of reading others’ emotions and adjusting your response accordingly
  • Growth mindset and a passion for learning (both self-learning and professional)
  • Driven by helping people to succeed and improve, a true servant-leader
  • Ability be self-directed and work autonomously, yet know when to ask for help
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure

Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of how digital agencies operate and the work they create
  • Excellent project, planning and time management experience
  • Commercially astute and financial experience, including forecasting, tracking and budgeting
  • Tech agnostic, ideally with experience with Headless CMS projects with heavy integration focus
  • Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced industry undergoing regular change
  • 4-5 years working in digital agency or client-side, 2 years using Agile methodology

Become a champion for meaningful progress:

Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so. For us, this is the foundation for great innovation which, in turn, generates better outcomes for our people, partners and communities. This is why we encourage applications from people with disabilities, and of all ages, nationalities, backgrounds and cultures.

Salary range for this opportunity is $130k-$140k per annum inclusive of Superannuation, and dependent on experience and skill level.
