- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions
- Foster effective communication within the project team and across departments
- Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are on schedule
- Ensure planning, readiness, and compliance to applicable project governance processes, such as Stage & Gate
About you:
- Proven experience in the Food Industry (advantageous)
- Formal project management training (advantageous)
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Experienced in change management and project management
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strategic business focus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and balance tactical and strategic thinking
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. Project Management, Commercial, Operations, R&D)
- Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights
