As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading key aircraft project workstreams that support the Group’s major transformation programs. Working within an Agile environment, you will guide a wider change team and partner closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver complex, high value outcomes across aircraft specification, vendor selection, new product delivery, and aircraft entry into service.

You will provide leadership across the full project lifecycle, including governance, business case development, resourcing, communications, and executive‑level stakeholder management.  You will also play an important role in identifying and mitigating project change impacts, developing change and communication plans, supporting business readiness, and ensuring people, process, and technology changes are clearly understood and aligned to broader program timelines.
 

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience leading large scale, multi‑million‑dollar projects, with solid knowledge of aircraft project development and execution
  • Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end project planning and deliver outcomes on time and within budget across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels including GLT, and senior executive forums
  • Demonstrated commercial and organisational awareness, including strong negotiation capability and the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to make sound, evidence-based decisions under pressure
  • Motivated team player with strong leadership qualities, a customer focused mindset, and the resilience to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
