We assist clients with portfolio growth, new capital works programs, facility refurbishments, and major or minor maintenance programs. Our expertise spans various industries, including Commercial, Industrial, Data & Technology, Retail, Landlord & Occupier, Office Fitout, Aged Care, Aerospace, Education, and Defence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager with client-side experience in managing fitout projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee the design process, manage consultants, and ensure projects align with client fitout guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fitout projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Oversee design processes and ensure adherence to client guidelines.

  • Engage and manage consultants and stakeholders.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in client-side project management for fitouts.

  • Strong knowledge of design and construction processes.

  • Ability to manage consultants and stakeholders effectively.

  • PR or Citizenship preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, and Procore.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or related fields.
