About the role:

Our Corporate Affairs and Marketing (CA&M) team have an exciting opportunity for a Project Marketing Manager to support two of Sydney's most distinguished luxury residential addresses -- One Darling Point and One Sydney Harbour. The successful candidate will be primarily based at the One Darling Point project office, with time at Lendlease's head office at Barangaroo. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and refine the integrated sales and marketing strategy to sustain momentum and drive sales

  • Champion brand consistency, quality and clear positioning across all channels

  • Monitor market dynamics, buyer segments and positioning to maintain a competitive edge

  • Design and deliver an end-to-end customer journey from lead to post-sale

  • Partner with sales agents to align strategy and support high-value, targeted campaigns

  • Build brand advocacy and drive referrals through strong customer engagement

  • Report on marketing ROI with quarterly performance insights

  • Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure quality, budget and timeline adherence

  • Oversee contracts and documentation including PSAs, work orders and SWMS

  • Plan and deliver content across all channels with internal and external teams

  • Execute events and activations to drive awareness, enquiry and PR outcomes

  • Maintain premium presentation of display suite and site

  • Coordinate PR activity and manage risks and key communications

About you:

You will bring a proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset to this role, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will also bring:

  • Degree in Marketing (or equivalent)

  • 8+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role

  • Experience in luxury or premium residential property preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong agency and supplier management experience

  • Ability to leverage market and customer insights to develop effective marketing plans and campaigns

  • Strong understanding of digital channels and performance analytics
