The purpose of this position is to work as part of the Client Services Team to design and deliver operational and strategic plans, formulating initiatives to deliver performance improvement across the portfolio.
This position provides dedicated project management support to manage projects within the business unit, to ensure project deliverables and outcomes are achieved.
This will be a permanent full-time position based in the George Street office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop claims management procedures that support segment strategies.
- Work with the business to design and deliver operational projects to support improved results and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to support business wide strategies, share/discuss portfolio trends and risk and work on collaborative implementation of business wide projects and initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients and the management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
- Provide expertise and support for internal initiatives and change management.
ABOUT YOU
- Successful track record in achieving business objectives
- Solid experience initiating and driving projects
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Workers compensation knowledge would be highly advantegous
- Experience in coaching or training other team members
