What's the role about?

The Propositions Manager is responsible for ideating, documenting, and executing proposition enhancements across selected Connected Living product lines (including protection plans and trade-in programs), ensuring they deliver strong outcomes for both our clients and customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Based in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices, this role will participate in product strategy definition and monitor existing propositions to ensure they are performing strongly against key business metrics. Where required, the role will also identify, lead, and deliver enhancement and improvement initiatives.

In addition, the successful candidate will:

  • Define and monitor key business metrics/KPIs including CX, and drive recommendations for product improvements through relevant committees, collaborating with other departments such as account teams, operations, finance and executive teams, to implement approved changes.
  • Ideate and define proposition enhancements through customer journey mapping for new products and in-market improvements, including the development of customer and regulatory-compliant communications.
  • Provide product guidance to clients, including presenting insights, recommendations, and driving alignment on proposed enhancements.
  • Work with the Proposition Director to create clear roadmaps and timescales for all products.
  • Direct and manage internal and external product and capability suppliers to ensure timely delivery and regular updates.

  • Experience in product or proposition management within industries such as telco, insurance, protection services, or retail
  • Strong ability to translate customer and client needs into scalable, commercially effective solutions
  • Confident working with data and insights to drive product and customer experience improvements
  • Comfortable operating in a regulated environment
  • Highly organised with strong project delivery and documentation skills
  • Experience using tools such as MIRO, Monday.com, Figma, or Visio
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A strategic thinker who can also execute, with a passion for delivering innovative, customer-focused outcomes
