What We’re Looking For

The Quality Assurance Analyst – Hardware & Fleet Integration plays a mission-critical role at the intersection of hardware execution, software performance, and customer trust.

This role ensures that every vehicle installation meets defined standards of Fit, Form, and Function before it is accepted as complete, activated on the platform, and recognised as revenue.

The Quality Officer is the final quality authority between a technician leaving site and a customer experiencing value, ensuring installations are completed correctly and produce clean, reliable data from day one.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve ≥98% post-sign-off installation accuracy within 30 days
• Reduce time-to-sign-off to ≤48 hours within 6 months
• Improve First-Time Fix Rate by 10–15% within 12 months
• Complete 100% of assigned audits without delaying onboarding
• Establish a live Quality Dashboard within 90 days

• Conduct Fit, Form & Function installation audits
• Validate telemetry, configuration, firmware, and power stability
• Compile Proof of Install documentation
• Authorise or reject activation based on quality standards

• Provide structured feedback and identify systemic issues
• Maintain audit records and quality reporting

Job Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to interpret technical data
• Clear written communication
• Experience in telematics, IoT, or hardware-enabled SaaS preferred
