About the Role

At Toll, we do more than just logistics. We move the businesses that move the world. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality and compliance initiatives across our Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care and Cosmetics (CHPCC) operations in Kemps Creek. Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Quality Assurance, you will act as the site's senior quality representative, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, GMP and regulatory requirements while partnering closely with operational teams and customers to drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

A day in the life of a Quality Assurance Managerat Toll

  • Lead and maintain site quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, GMP and customer quality requirements.
  • Act as the primary quality contact for customers, supporting audits, reviews and quality-related enquiries.
  • Investigate quality incidents and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Deliver quality and GMP training programs to promote compliance and capability across the business.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, monitor quality KPIs and drive operational excellence initiatives.
  • Partner with operational leaders and stakeholders to strengthen quality culture and support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Science degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Minimum 12 years' quality experience within consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices or diagnostics industries.
  • Strong knowledge of TGA regulations, GMP, GWP and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience undertaking internal and external audits.
  • Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to influence and develop quality-focused teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis, risk management and corrective action implementation.
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions while fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.
