What this opportunity involves:

JLL have an exciting new opportunity for an energetic and bright customer-service focused Receptionist working for one of our Corporate clients in North Sydney! This is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, event management or who is already within the real estate industry.

You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.

This role is 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Key responsibilities;

  • Meet and Greet visitors
  • Answer inquiries directly or direct calls to appropriate employee
  • Maintain security requirements
  • Maintain professional appearance of building lobby or reception area
  • Meeting room maintenance and management
  • Maintain adequate stationary levels at all times
  • General Administration

To be successful, you will have a passion for customer service which will be demonstrated by your career so far within reception, or other similar customer facing roles. You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
