The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in the APAC Campus Recruitment Team, and is integral to our overall success. You will be responsible for ensuring an excellent end-to-end candidate experience whilst being hands on in the day-to-day operations of all interview coordination. This role is a 6-month opportunity with an immediate start date preferred.
Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Sole ownership of all interview scheduling, including onsite and virtual interviews, assessment days and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers and interview teams
  • Prioritise and pivot between multiple pipelines across the business, working closely with the recruiters responsible for each area
  • Offer personalised support and ensure candidates are consistently updated on their interview progress, placing the candidate experience at the forefront of all decision-making
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes that deliver high-quality results
  • Understand key stakeholders' objectives, have insight to the business and have confidence holding senior level conversations
  • Other duties to support the success of the campus recruitment team as needed


Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience handling calendars and other logistics on behalf of others
  • Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality and thoughtful discretion with all levels of staff and candidates
  • Genuine passion for the recruitment profession and/or talent operations, while possessing the drive to make every day count
  • 1-2 years working in a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition team organisation
  • Greenhouse ATS experience a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adaptability, and a demonstrated ability to prioritise
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on high-quality delivery
  • Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Aptitude to quickly pick-up things and adapt to new approaches
