WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Owns regional-level execution of Perfect store and winning the last 5 yards within their region

  • Responsible for driving sales & share within their region

  • Owns key regional Relationships (Woolworths & Coles regional/zone managers, Tier 2 & 3 Multiple Store Owners)

  • Drives for standards in execution within their regional Proof of Delivery and regional-based initiatives supported by their Grocery Execution Manager

  • Deployed on priority projects, launches, and trial activations to ensure we win key moments within their region

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications

  • Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential

  • Full Driver’s License

  • Must be able to work on a hybrid set up (working from home and customer facing)

  • Must be able to work approximately 1 week away per month

  • Has experience presenting to customers in the team is preferred but not essential

Skills

  • Selling – ability to increase top line growth by influencing customers to implement Unilever initiatives bigger and faster

  • Negotiation – understands negotiation approaches and how to drive improved commercial outcomes at the customer, category and Unilever level

  • Customer Relationship – deeply understands the needs of retailers and the channel, and how to collaborate with them

  • Executional Excellence – delivers flawless execution of key business drivers and growth by executing Perfect Store and other priorities

  • Category Growth Management – understands how CGM meets the needs of Shopper and Customer, delivering growth for Unilever and its customers
