Company Description

Ennismore is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to join our growing Pacific portfolio as Regional Director of Sales.  Reporting to the VP of Sales, APAC, this is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing B2B sales strategy across a portfolio of five operating hotels, with a further two openings planned for 2027.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership position for a driven, relationship-led sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  The successful candidate will bring deep Pacific market expertise, an established network, and the commercial acumen to unlock revenue growth, drive market share, and build a high-performing sales culture across a multi-property portfolio.

Regular travel across Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific markets will be required.

Job Description

What You'll Do…

Strategy & Commercial Performance

  • Develop and execute a Pacific-wide B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and improve commercial performance across Rooms and Meetings & Events.
  • Monitor account performance, segment production, and market trends, translating insights into strategic recommendations and action.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to support long-term commercial growth.

Portfolio & Account Management

  • Drive performance across Corporate, Luxury Leisure, Entertainment, MICE, Government, and Travel Agency segments.
  • Leverage an established client network to maximise account penetration and unlock cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Create and execute go-to-market and ramp-up plans for new hotel openings and market penetration initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary commercial liaison between Ennismore and Accor NSO teams, ensuring alignment on account ownership, market coverage, and regional priorities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and commercial alignment across Directors of Sales and hotel commercial teams throughout the Pacific.
  • Share best practices, coach hotel sales leaders, and ensure consistent execution of regional strategies and initiatives.
  • Represent Ennismore at trade shows, sales missions, industry events, and client engagements to strengthen brand presence and commercial partnerships.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For…

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a regional, multi-property sales leadership role within lifestyle, luxury, or premium hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across Corporate, MICE, Luxury Leisure, and strategic accounts in a multi-hotel environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Pacific hospitality landscape, including key corporate accounts, TMCs, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that deliver measurable revenue and market share results.
  • A natural relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills across hotel teams, owner groups, and key clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data literacy — able to interpret performance metrics and translate them into clear, actionable strategies.
  • A collaborative, influential leader who can drive alignment across multiple brands and properties without direct operational authority.
  • Agile, creative, and ownership-driven — comfortable operating in a growing, entrepreneurial business where initiative is rewarded.
  • Genuine passion for lifestyle hospitality and a commitment to building commercial opportunities that deliver long-term value.

  • Work alongside passionate, entrepreneurial teams that challenge convention.
  • Competitive compensation and development opportunities.
