Company Description

Global campaigns give you the fuel. Your job is to point it at the accounts that matter.

Property intelligence is reshaping how the world understands the built environment, and Nearmap is driving that. We put powerful aerial imagery, AI-driven analytics, and geospatial tools into the hands of the people who plan, build, insure, and govern the places we all live and work. Our technology turns property uncertainty into decisive action, and our culture brings out the best in the people who build it.

Job Description

About the role

We're looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to run account-based marketing for our AECO and Government segments across Australia and New Zealand.

This isn't a campaign-building role. The Global Campaign Manager owns the strategy, messaging, and 1:Many programs. You take that content and turn it into targeted 1:1 and 1:Few programs against the accounts where Nearmap has the greatest opportunity to win, expand, or land new business, working hand in hand with regional sales.

You'll own the ANZ field events calendar, the account plans, and the sales relationship. If an account surges on intent data, you and your AE pod move on it together.

What you'll do

  • Run 1:1 Strategic ABM for Nearmap's highest-priority ANZ accounts and 1:Few cluster programs for groups of accounts with a shared use case, buying trigger, or competitive situation
  • Build joint account plans with AEs: buying committee maps, shared OKRs, program plans, and a regular review cadence
  • Adapt global campaign content, assets, messaging, and nurture sequences for ANZ account-specific context
  • Act on 6Sense intent signals with your AE pod so marketing and sales move together the moment an account is in motion
  • Own the ANZ field events calendar for AECO and Government, with every event tied to a defined account list, a pipeline objective, and a follow-up plan
  • Manage the ANZ event budget for your segments, plan spend quarterly, and report on return
  • Partner with ANZ AECO and Government sales leadership as a peer, attend pipeline reviews, and build programs that move stalled deals
  • Coordinate BDR and SDR outreach sequencing with your ABX programs and intent signals so outbound lands when accounts are in market
  • Bring field intelligence back to the Global Campaign Manager and Portfolio Marketing on what ANZ buyers are saying and where the message needs sharpening

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • 6 to 8 years in field marketing, ABX, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS or technology company, with a track record of account-level pipeline contribution
  • Proven end-to-end events management, from strategy through logistics and post-event measurement
  • Strong ABX execution, including 1:1 and 1:Few programs built and run in partnership with sales
  • Deep sales partnership experience and credibility with sales leadership
  • Experience in AECO-adjacent ANZ markets, including construction, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or commercial real estate, is a strong advantage
  • The self-sufficiency to run regional ABX programs without relying on a dedicated support function
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and 6Sense, and comfort using intent data and CRM signals to prioritise and activate daily

Ways of working

  • This role is based in our Sydney, Australia office, hybrid, with two anchor days in the office each week. You'll work closely with regional AECO and Government sales leadership and stay flexible for the occasional early call to align with North America based teams.
