Own the technical vision and roadmap for Nearmap’s large-scale AI platform. Lead a team of 3–4 engineers while designing and operating Kubernetes-based workflow orchestration, distributed GPU training, batch inference, real-time model serving, and LLMOps infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Drive platform reliability, observability, security, automation, CI/CD, and GPU cost efficiency. Partner with AI product teams, lead major incident response, make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute production Python to the highest-risk platform initiatives.

Own the cloud infrastructure platform supporting Nearmap’s AI and machine learning workloads across AWS and GCP. Lead a small engineering team while designing and operating Kubernetes fleets, GPU compute, networking, identity, storage, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, reliability, and cost controls. Mentor engineers, guide technical strategy, support hiring, manage incidents and on-call responsibilities, and establish reusable platform standards across the company.

Own global financial accounting and month-end close activities, including reconciliations, fixed assets, variance analysis, leases, tax returns, intercompany transactions, audit support, and budgeting. The role also drives finance systems improvements and automation across NetSuite, FloQast, and Concur while mentoring junior team members and partnering with global business stakeholders.

Manage a large portfolio of public-sector SaaS accounts from onboarding through renewal. Build customer relationships, drive adoption and retention, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, manage renewals, maintain Salesforce account intelligence, resolve escalations, and partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to maximize customer value and advocacy.

Leads Nearmap’s ANZ Mid-Market and SMB commercial sales strategy, performance, and growth plan. Manages and develops Account Executives, establishes sales targets and processes, coaches teams, and drives net new annual recurring revenue. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Development across a matrixed global organization. The role also represents the segment, manages change, allocates resources, and ensures compliance with company and local requirements.

Owns go-to-market and pipeline strategy for Nearmap’s ANZ insurance market. Develops account-based marketing programs for priority carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs; partners closely with Sales on pipeline reviews, outbound sequencing, and deal acceleration; leads regional event strategy; and feeds local market insights into global insurance campaigns. Requires strong B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience, enterprise account-based program expertise, and proficiency with marketing automation and intent-data tools.

Own month-end close, group consolidation, statutory financial statements, variance analysis, external audits, tax and transfer pricing matters, intercompany reconciliations, and accounting standards research. The role partners with finance teams, auditors, and tax advisors across Australia and the US while driving reporting process improvements and maintaining internal control compliance.

Lead Nearmap’s global creative design direction across brand and growth marketing campaigns. Create visual identities and digital, print, social, advertising, and event assets; maintain brand guidelines; manage the full design process and external contributors; use campaign performance data to improve creative decisions; and strengthen collaboration between Brand, Marketing, Product Design, and regional teams.

Lead digital campaign delivery across North America and ANZ, managing paid media, email, events, webinars, ABM, agency relationships, campaign tracking, funnel analytics, attribution, reporting, and performance optimization. Partner with marketing automation and internal stakeholders to translate global strategy into pipeline and improve campaign effectiveness.

Provides technical pre-sales and post-sales advisory support for geospatial imagery, 3D, and AI products. Leads customer discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, integrations, onboarding, and expansion opportunities. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Survey Operations while advising customers on APIs, offline products, and custom GIS applications. Represents the company through webinars and industry events and mentors junior Solutions Engineers.

Leads global financial operations across payroll, accounts payable, accounting close, treasury, indirect tax, controls, and finance systems. Oversees teams and managers across Australia, the US, and Poland; manages banking and vendor relationships; implements purchase order, expense, and corporate card platforms; and partners with FP&A, reporting, tax, and procurement to support scalable integration, accurate reporting, liquidity, and process improvement.

Lead the development of Nearmap’s platform engineering discipline by building self-service golden paths, reusable components, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and observability platforms. Design and maintain Kubernetes, Terraform, and security-as-code solutions while supporting highly available production systems. Partner with engineering teams as internal customers, improve developer workflows, influence architecture decisions, and promote cloud infrastructure security and platform engineering practices.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social channels; research accounts and decision-makers; qualify leads; and generate pipeline for Account Executives. Maintain CRM records, meet activity and pipeline targets, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product, analyze prospecting data, and provide market feedback. Participate in coaching and training while developing toward an Account Executive career path.

Lead HR for Australia and Poland, translating global HR strategy into local plans, advising leaders on employee relations and legislation, managing performance and ER cases, implementing regional policies and ESG programs, partnering on payroll/onboarding, and shaping engagement and workplace experience.
