Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, this role has end‑to‑end accountability for operational leadership across multiple Civeo villages spanning a geographically diverse and operationally significant footprint across Queensland’s Bowen Basin, and incorporating a NSW and WA site.
Site based and with significant travel across your remit, you will lead and support Village Managers and their teams to deliver consistent, profitable, and world‑class hospitality services across accommodation, catering, facilities, retail, security, administration, and maintenance.
This is a hands‑on regional leadership role suited to an experienced operator with strong food, hospitality, safety, and financial acumen in high‑volume remote environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Village Managers across the Bowen Hub portfolio, including a NSW and WA site
- Deliver safe, compliant, and profitable village operations aligned to Civeo standards
- Drive operational consistency, customer satisfaction, and service quality
- Develop effective staffing models, rosters, and succession plans
- Partner with People & Culture on recruitment, retention, performance, and capability development
- Mentor catering and food & beverage teams to deliver high‑quality, HACCP‑compliant food services
- Work closely with HSQE to maintain ISO, HACCP, and WHS compliance
- Deliver EBITDA and cost efficiency targets without compromising safety or quality
- Review monthly financial performance and provide clear operational commentary
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local communities
- Actively contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and new initiatives across the operation
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in senior or regional operations leadership within FIFO, remote, hospitality, or facilities environments
- Strong background in high‑volume catering and hospitality operations
- Demonstrated P&L / EBITDA accountability across multi‑site operations
- Experience leading leaders and developing high‑performing teams
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and WHS systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service focus
- Commercially astute with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and confident operating in remote environments
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Degree in Business or Hospitality Management
- Manual C Class Drivers Licence
- Experience in maintenance oversight within multi‑site hospitality operations
