Cohesity is seeking a Director, Sales to define and lead the execution of

regional go-to-market strategy for data security and cyber resilience

solutions. This role leads multiple sales managers and teams, owns regional

performance, and partners cross-functionally to scale secure growth and

customer impact.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Set and execute regional go-to-market strategy for Cohesity’s datasecurity, ransomware resilience, and cyber recovery solutions
  • Lead and develop multiple District Managers and senior sales leaders,ensuring consistent execution, performance, and talent growth
  • Own regional revenue outcomes, forecast accuracy, and pipeline healthacross all managed teams
  • Guide teams in navigating complex, high-value security opportunitiesinvolving executive stakeholders and sophisticated requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing,Channel, Professional Services, and Product to ensure alignment andscale
  • Build and expand strategic partner ecosystems to extend market reachand accelerate deal velocity
  • Represent the region in executive forums, providing market insight,customer feedback, and security trend intelligence

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Extensive experience leading sales managers and enterprise sales teamsin a competitive technology environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, cyber resilience,ransomware recovery, and compliance landscapes
  • Proven record of driving regional revenue growth, forecast rigor, andmulti-team quota attainment
  • Experience negotiating and overseeing complex, high-value enterprisedeals with strategic customers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align extended, cross-functionalorganizations around shared goals
  • Strategic, trusted leader comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidlyevolving environments
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or arelated field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity,seamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Must have English language proficiency (can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting).

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
