A Day in the LifeWe have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager – Remote Sales Core Hospital ANZ to join our team based in Macquarie Park, NSW. This role sits within Enterprise Accounts & Services ANZ and is responsible for our Core Hospital segment. It is a people leadership role with strong commercial accountability and responsibility for driving sales performance, team capability and disciplined execution across a diverse hospital customer base.
This role leads a team of up to 6 experienced Remote Sales professionals and is accountable for performance across Public and Private Hospitals, Day Hospitals and Emergency Services across ANZ. The successful candidate will strengthen account planning, prioritisation, forecasting discipline and commercial execution, while partnering closely with Operating Units and enterprise support functions

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 6 Remote Sales professionals across the Core Hospital segment.

  • Execute the ANZ Remote Sales strategy for Core Hospital and own delivery of the annual sales targets, revenue, pipeline and forecast performance.  

  • Strengthen account planning, prioritisation and team capability to improve commercial execution and customer outcomes.

  • Drive growth through segmentation, customer profiling, share-of-wallet expansion, and value-based selling.

  • Lead forecasting accuracy, CRM (Salesforce.com) discipline, KPI governance and performance reporting using Power BI and related tools.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operating Units, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Operations and Supply Chain to maximise customer and commercial outcomes.

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with internal business partners and Operating Units.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading teams of 6+ people, ideally in MedTech, healthcare or complex B2B sales.

  • Strong people leadership, coaching and capability-building experience.

  • Experience with physical product sales, stakeholder complexity and cross-functional execution.

  • Strong Salesforce, Power BI and data-led sales management capability.

  • Sound understanding of commercial planning, forecasting, account management and working within a regulated healthcare environment.

  • The ability to coach experienced team members, strengthen territory and account planning discipline, influence across multiple functions, and lead with structure, resilience and sound judgement.
