Our role:


We are currently looking for a Regional Services Director to join our team in Sydney or Canberra. The Regional Services Director (RSD) provides overall leadership for Consulting Services in a designated region, with commercial and delivery responsibility for all projects within the region, local team management, and P&L ownership for the regional practice.


The role reports to the Head of Delivery and has people management responsibilities.

A day in your role:

  • Leadership & Team Management – Lead and develop a high-performing consulting team, fostering strong employee engagement, career growth, and retention. Support recruitment and workforce planning to meet evolving market needs.
  • Project Delivery & Governance – Oversee project execution in line with our methodology, ensuring strong governance, risk mitigation, and successful outcomes. Regularly review project status and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Success – Drive long-term customer engagement and advocacy, partnering with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to deliver value and innovation.
  • Profitable Revenue Growth – Drive services revenue growth while ensuring profitability, accurate forecasting, and efficient billing processes. Work proactively to eliminate financial leakages and maximize consulting opportunities.
  • Practice & Operational Excellence – Champion continuous improvement, contributing to global best practices and methodology enhancements. Own regional resource management and provide insights for financial and operational planning.

Your skills, experience and beyond:

  • Proven experience in the software industry with a background in professional services and software implementation.
  • University degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years as a Practice Leader in a professional services organization.
  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, leading projects from $400K–$2M+ and managing large teams.
  • Strong people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing consulting teams.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, implementation best practices, and business/financial forecasting.
  • Hands-on consulting experience in a professional services environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage at senior management levels and support sales initiatives.
