Why this is an exciting opportunity


We are looking for a Regulatory Change Analyst to support the management of regulatory change across the HUB24 Group.
You will help monitor regulatory developments, assess business impacts, track implementation activities and maintain clear governance records and reporting.
Working across Risk, Compliance, Legal and business teams, you will help ensure regulatory obligations are implemented effectively and transitioned into business-as-usual ownership.

What you’ll be doing


  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, consultation papers and guidance. 

  • Support applicability and impact assessments across the HUB24 Group. 

  • Maintain regulatory change registers, implementation plans, action trackers and governance artefacts. 

  • Coordinate milestones, dependencies, evidence and stakeholder updates through to completion. 

  • Prepare regulatory updates and contribute to reporting for Boards and Committees. 

  • Support implementation reviews, transition to business-as-usual ownership and ongoing process improvement. 


What you bring


You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.


Experience & Skills


  • A bachelor’s degree in law, finance or business. 

  • 2–3 years’ experience in regulatory change, compliance, risk or governance within financial services. 

  • Experience interpreting legislative or regulatory requirements and translating them into business impacts and actions. 

  • An understanding of Australian financial services regulation, including ASIC, APRA and the Corporations Act. 

  • Experience maintaining registers and trackers, coordinating actions to closure and supporting governance reporting. 

  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. 

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
