Job Description

In this role, you will: 

  • Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment 

  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness 

  • Support clients to identify future employment or training options 

  • Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise including ergonomic assessments, initial needs assessments and other scheme based assessments. 

  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal 

  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You’ll also need to have: 

  • Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA is required.  

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field 

  • A current Working with Children Check 

  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
