Support people to rebuild confidence, independence and hope.

Every day, people recovering from injury or illness need support and guidance to take important steps forward. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with APM WorkCare, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.

What your day looks like

Working full-time or part-time as a Rehabilitation Consultant, expect your day to be filled with variety and real impact where you’ll:

  • Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
  • Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments
  • Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
  • Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners
  • Celebrate progress — small wins and major milestones

What you’ll bring

  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Full registration with ESSA/AHPRA
  • Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
  • A current WWCC (Working with children check)   
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A valid driver’s licence
