The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially driven Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients across Banking, Mining, and Large Enterprise organisations (including major ASX brands).

This role is about deepening relationships, driving account growth, and positioning innovative solutions (including AI-enabled tools)—working closely with senior stakeholders including the C-suite.

You’ll inherit a warm, existing client base and be responsible for unlocking further value through strategic engagement and consultative selling.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (including C-suite)

· Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to growth targets

· Lead customer conversations around product innovation, including AI and workflow tools

· Partner with clients to identify challenges and deliver tailored solutions

· Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle

· Maintain accurate CRM reporting and provide client insights back to the business

About You

You’re a relationship-led, commercially savvy professional who thrives on growing existing accounts and influencing senior stakeholders.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who:

· Have experience managing B2B client portfolios (not pure new business)

· Bring strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills

· Are confident engaging at C-suite level

· Have worked in SaaS, technology, professional services, or adjacent industries

· Are commercially driven and motivated by revenue growth

· Have exposure to or interest in AI and emerging technologies

· Can navigate complex organisations and build long-term partnerships

· Degree qualified (Business, Economics, Finance or Marketing preferred) with relevant work experience – preferably the legal solutions market.

· Key/Strategic Account Management experience using solution and consultative selling approaches.

· Understanding of Australia’s legal system with Sound market knowledge ideally in legal /professional.

Legal experience is not essential—we’re open to candidates from diverse industries such as tech, HR software, consulting, or other enterprise solutions environments.

What’s In It For You

· Manage a high-value, established client portfolio (no cold hunting)

· Strong earning potential with performance-based bonus

· Work with market-leading, innovative products including AI solutions

· Flexible hybrid working (2 days in office)

· Join a collaborative, high-performing team culture

· Career development within a global organisation

· Additional benefits including wellbeing support, birthday leave, and volunteering days

Why Apply?

If you’re looking for a pure relationship management role where you can partner with leading organisations, leverage innovative technology, and directly impact growth—this is a standout opportunity.
