About the Team

In this role, you’ll lead and support franchisees across your New South Wales region, embedding best-practice sales disciplines, driving adoption of key Lendi Group initiatives, and championing exceptional customer experiences. You’ll operate as a trusted business partner and change leader, playing a critical role in accelerating growth and performance.

A typical week includes a mix of office and field time: Mondays are generally office-based, Tuesday to Thursday you’ll be on the road (with in-store visits often starting around 10am), and Fridays are commonly worked from home.

Your region will be NSW4, covering areas south of the CBD and Parramatta Road, including the Eastern Suburbs, Inner South, Sutherland Shire, Canterbury–Bankstown, and the Liverpool–Campbelltown corridor.

    Job Description

    As a Retail Business Consultant / Relationship Manager - NSW/ACT, you will:

    • Coach franchisees to deliver business plans, sales performance, and operational excellence.
    • Drive growth in store count, broker count, and customer satisfaction.
    • Implement the State Market Representation Strategy to expand Aussie’s retail footprint.
    • Partner on recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management of brokers.
    • Act as a change leader, embedding new tools, systems, and strategic initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational benchmarks, and regulatory standards.

    Qualifications

    What we're looking for:

    • 5+ years in sales leadership, franchise management, or complex retail networks.
    • Proven ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams across multiple locations.
    • High commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of mortgages, lending, property, or complex retail services desirable.
    • Exceptional relationship-building and change leadership experience.
