Do work that matters
The role of the Relationship Manager is key in the service proposition for some of our most highly valued advisers and clients. You must effectively build and maintain relationships within your portfolio and be able to identify growth opportunities across margin lending and other CommSec products
More specifically, you'll:
- Manage strategic relationships as part of a portfolio of internal referral partners, Financial Planners, advisers and high valued clients.
- Provide a high quality day to day service to your portfolio to meet their servicing requirements and those needs of their customers.
- Deliver a differentiated service model for our most highly valued relationships
- Identify and proactively facilitate onsite/over the phone training to relevant customers.
- Proactively participate in outbound campaign activity to assist the business in meeting any revenue or service targets
- Take ownership of issues or problems as they arise and proactively manage their resolution keeping stakeholders informed along the way
- Partner closely with the Distribution team in identifying new prospects and referring business across the Bank
- Actively capture and maintain the voice of the customer to ensure our campaign, development work will meet the needs of our customers.
- Actively identify opportunities for improvement to our processes and ultimately the experience of our customers
- Partner closely with the Credit/Market Risk and Operations teams to ensure you can effectively resolve customer queries or requests.
- Ensure Market and Industry knowledge is maintained, attending industry functions or CommSec sponsored functions to promote brand and reputation.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Solid experience in Financial Markets or Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge of the IFA market and how it operates
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Solid Experience in a customer service/relationship management role
- Platform, Fund Manager and Margin Lending experience is desirable
- RG 146 – accredited
