About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing connections with prospective clients. You will be the first point of contact, engaging with warm leads, understanding their property goals, and guiding them toward the right opportunities by booking consultations with our Sales Consultants.

You will be part of a high-energy, collaborative team where your ability to connect, communicate, and build trust directly contributes to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm leads from the company CRM through outbound calls

  • Build strong relationships by understanding client goals, needs, and motivations

  • Educate and guide prospects on property investment opportunities in Australia

  • Confidently answer initial questions about our services and investment approach

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and Sales Consultants

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM

  • Continuously develop knowledge of property investment strategies and market trends

Requirements

  • Strong interest in property investment and wealth creation

  • Experience in appointment setting, customer engagement, or a similar client-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong listening ability with attention to detail

  • Professional phone manner and relationship-building approach

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
