Job Description

THE ROLE

  • Contacting and qualifying warm leads provided by our broker partners and direct customers
  • Taking proposals from first enquiry through to settlement
  • Building relationships and working closely with brokers and SMEs throughout Australia
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to seek approval for loans in line with customer needs & Lumi policies

Qualifications

  • THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…

  • Goals to work in a vibrant sales team
  • Solid telephone sales experience in B2B sales Business lending experience (desirable)
  • A proven record of managing a pipeline Experience working for a FinTech or in financial services (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An ability to multitask and maintain a swiftly moving pipeline
  • An ability to develop strong working relationships with new business and existing customers
  • Commercially minded
  • Curious, positive & self-starting
  • Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships
