About the role: 

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll join a high-performing, results-focused sales team in NSW driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to shine by building strong, trusted partnerships and turning opportunities into wins.

Your territory will cover Western Sydney/Blue Mountains area. You’ll collaborate closely with the wider sales team to leverage every advantage, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and meet goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships in field to ensure customer satisfaction. 

  • Collaborate with suppliers and product specialists to maximize territory sales opportunities. 

  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring trends and new technologies. 

  • Manage stock and samples and ensure smooth customer service processes. 

  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and industry gatherings. 

  • Provide insights through reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Sales experience, preferably within the dental industry

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Business acumen and analytical ability for smart decision-making. 

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive, with a can-do attitude. 

  • Confidence in delivering product presentations and workshops. 

  • Strong computer skills, including reporting and sales analysis.

  • Unrestricted and full working rights in Australia.

  • Valid drivers licence.
