About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role
Come join Salesforce and a team dedicated to driving healthy, long-term customer relationships and sustainable revenue growth! As an Informatica Renewals Manager, you will own and drive the renewal process for a portfolio of accounts, engaging customers up to 180 days ahead of their contract end date. You'll partner across the full renewals lifecycle — customer success, deployment analysis, negotiations, legal and security reviews, and account collections — to protect and grow subscription revenue while building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewals process in partnership with the Customer Success and Sales teams to retain and expand customer subscriptions while sustaining strong, long-term relationships

  • Analyze account usage data to identify gaps between what a customer owns versus what they're actively using

  • Partner with Operations, Deal Strategy, and Legal teams to structure and finalize renewal negotiations

  • Identify renewal risk within accounts early and build mitigation plans

  • Engage directly with customer decision-makers to understand requirements and resolve roadblocks that could delay or jeopardize renewals

  • Finalize renewal bookings ahead of contract expiration dates

  • Drive uplift and upsell opportunities on renewal bookings to expand customer spend

  • Support conversion of single-year to multi-year subscription terms

  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, while balancing what's best for the business — building strong cross-functional relationships along the way

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer support within a subscription or SaaS environment

  • Understanding of the renewals cycle & process, the complexities and challenges & how to drive successful renewals outcomes

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Deal Strategy, and Operations teams

  • Ability to manage a complex sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders and long lead times

  • Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to support deal analysis and renewal recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Experience leveraging AI/ML tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Slackbot, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to support renewal analytics and account insights

This is an office-flex role whereby 3 days a week working from our Sydney office is required.
