Additionally, the team is responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of the University's External Research revenue.

In this role, you will liaise with internal Chief Investigators and other stakeholders, assisting with requests related to variations, funds checks, overheads, and invoicing. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills to manage the complexities of research funding support effectively.

About you

What matters most is your drive to create a brighter future that benefits all. Through our core principles of excellence, ethics and engagement, you’ll thrive on seeing the direct and lasting impact you’ll have on every community and every future.

You will also have:

  • Diploma qualifications or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • The ability to perform under pressure, adhering to university procedures.
  • Exceptional skills in accurately interpreting contracts.
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated motivation, analytical thinking, and a keen attention to detail.
