- Report to our Research Operations Manager and drive key aspects of the operational strategy for improving and scaling efficient, compliant research services for all Atlassians.
- Engage, onboard and collaborate with strategic support partners, third party vendors, and agencies, to ensure that Atlassians have access to best in class Research Operations tools and services.
- Drive the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to the organisation, through performance measurement and tracking to inform insights and actions toward service delivery improvement.
- Manage improvement initiatives ensuring that impact is achieved through successful delivery of objectives to timelines, budget and stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with internal teams such as engineering, data science, design, and product management to optimise practices for customer understanding across the business.
- Contribute to operations thought leadership and business-oriented research services.
Your Background
- Extensive hands-on experience in research operations, ranging from participant recruitment, audience and sample management, vendor and budget management, knowledge management, research tooling and/or research capability development
- Experience leading and driving operational process improvements and/or innovations in complex or enterprise level software environments
- Proven experience influencing service delivery outcomes and driving measurable and successful change across organisational boundaries through communication of operational metrics
- Experience in reviewing and optimising operational processes, reporting and associated information.
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with business partners
- Proven experience in optimising operations roadmap and priorities, ensuring they are aligned to company objectives
